The Business of Fashion reported that Oura is seeking $2.2 billion in a US initial public offering, with plans to sell 50 million shares at a price range of $40 to $44 each.

According to the report, that pricing would value the smart ring maker at up to $14.1 billion. Oura has become one of the best-known names in the consumer health-tech market as interest in wearable devices has expanded beyond smartwatches and fitness trackers.

The filing details place Oura among a growing group of health technology companies using the public markets to fund expansion and product development. The company’s offering size and proposed valuation make it one of the larger consumer-device listings currently in view.

BoF reported the figures from filings, with the IPO structure centred on the sale of 50 million shares. The share price range leaves room for the final valuation to shift depending on investor demand and the eventual offering price.
